Reflections - Minimalist Piano Music

Hi all,

It's been awhile since I've been back on here, but alas, I am here with two fairly recent compositions (both from late last year). They are the first two pieces in a set of works I am calling "Reflections", with minimalism and simplicity I hope to create a sense of space and introspective reflection in the listener. Reflections I draws from the style of Phillip Glass and Reflections II is somewhat inspired by the beautiful music of Arvo Part.

reflections one left me with an anxious feeling, wondering if or when the certainty was coming and it never came. Its not a bad thing if that was your intentions but it was a feeling that could make some feel safe with themselves and make others go mad. I personally liked its simplicity.

Thanks for the comments, Jon. This music is meant to be quite personal and introspective, so if each person gets different feelings from it then my job is done. :)
