Score of Zappa's Strictly Genteel
Hi there,
every 2 years I play some shows with a rock band and the local high school orchestra and it is my job to orchestrate pop and rock songs and arrange classical pieces for the rock band. Next year I will suggest to play Zappa's "Strictly Genteel" as the last song of the show.
Before I start to transcribe this piece from different recordings I have (which probably would end up in a very lite version), I want to know, if anybody out there has the score of this song, or knows how to get it

If one already exists elsewhere, I'd think you`ll maybe find one only in the US. But you might like to try Studio Music in UK - they handle a great deal of US publishers, i.e. Hal Leonard etc. Web Site: www.studio-music.co.uk
Sibelius (sibeliusmusic.com) and Finale users may also be another avenue to explore for self-published scores - i.e. those not available from the big publishers.
