Well.. Nelson did so great work for almost anything he has wriiten in his time. I have here some of his original handwritten scores. And he's truly also one of my very top favourites. But Moonlight in Vermont ..he did it for Frankie are one of his outstanding works..

Rather than Riddle, I suggest everyone look into the vast body of work by the lateRobert Farnon, who is unquestionably the godfather of modern pop orchestral scoring. All of the really great contemporary writers ( Mandel, Pat Williams, Marion Evans, Jorge Calanderelli, Don Sebesky among them ) openly acknowlege their debt to his work.
I am a far better arranger and orchestrator than I would've been thanks to studying Bob ( the Guv'ner ) Farnon for many, many years!
