Thanks for listening. Not everything I compose is as "large" as Vista from the Reflections album. That's why I tried to put a variety on my playlist.

I think I know the restaurant you mean, but I haven't been to Sonoma in years. From where I live, you have to have a really good reason to drive over there. (But the drive is beautiful -- even inspiring.)

Norman.. I checked out Reflections.. very lovely. a wonderful sense of line and dynamics. A real gift to be able to write something as intelligent as this. BTW what is the name of that mexican restaurant on the SE corner of the square in Sonoma? Great food.. and such big portions.

I'm joining Nor-Cal Composers although I have no idea what is meant by "north of the Grapevine." I'm in Sonoma County, which fits the group title well enough. Check out my profile and my music if you please.

BTW, I am not the owner or connected with the somewhat-well-known Norman Rose Tavern in Napa, but I hope to get there sometime and flash them my driver's license, just for a hoot!

I'm up in the sierras, about 70 miles northwest of Reno, or 60 miles north of Lake Tahoe, 40 miles north of Truckee. Plumas County now has two, count them, 2 stoplights. Population in our little town is maybe 400 on a good day. Music, not much going on. The Reno Philharmonic featured Wagner at its modern music festival. On the other hand, because its so off the beaten path Graeagle seems immune to the slings and arrows. Kind of a Lake Woebegon in the mountains. Well, I better get a going, Ozzie and Harriet and the boys may stop by this evening and I've got to set up the ping pong table.
