What I See - an anime inspired ending theme

In addition to my love of music, I also have a lesser passion for drawing and plans to make a manga series one day. If it were an anime, this would be the ending theme song; I have a shortened version, as well, for that purpose but I thought it'd be better to post the full version. 

Once again I have another song that is meant to have vocals, but I still don't have the proper equipment to record them and make them sound like I want them to. The lyrics are here:

Breathing every morning as I come to rise

Summer slowly dies, my heart takes a dive

Clutching at the black and twirling round the blonde

 

Looking out the window, rabbits come to pass

Noticing the small things that I always miss

Tapping at the black and staring at the tan

Poking at the blue mist and shaking off the fog

Digging through the wet ground, looking for some gold

Did I touch the cog? Could I be so bold?
