String Quartet Competition that's not a young composer competition

The entry fee is a modest $10, but participation is limited to those born BEFORE 1/1/1984. Wow! an actual competition that's not for the young.

Sadly just for American composers.

No, it says "May have been performed". Other competitions insist that they have the premiere so this clause makes it more accessible rather than less.
