Music Composers Unite!
Bleh, I was getting tired of working on this one. I needed a break from neo-classical so I wrote this metal monstrosity as a distraction.
That bass guitar interlude into the major, happy sections later on really needs to be changed, but I don't know what to put in its place.
The basic idea is that after you die, you become worm-food. So, the sad opening is like ringing the dinner bell for the king of worms to dine on something new. The happy, sappy ending that fades out was meant to offset the sad feel of the opening, since death is one of those things that you can be sad but happy about. Ultimately, death is a process that keeps the earth alive.

I got a kick out of this one Noah, thanks for posting it! The end, to me, sounds like the worms are having a really good time, like they are feasting on Barney, the purple dinosaur. Hey, if you have recording capabilities, maybe you could record some death metal vocals over top and add a bitchin guitar solo.
