Hi! What vst(s) would you recommend for an epic-sounding choir? I would like something that focused more on sustains rather than staccato.

listen to the demos, take your pick. No! there are more choices but it won't make it easier to pick.
Spectrasonics Omnisphere has great sustained ahs and oohs if you aren't bothered about creating syllables and it has thousands of other sound options for the money. The best thing is having them all but real life finances are a little limiting :(
