Scary enough, methinks. It's too short to talk about structure, so no problem there... the only thing that struck me as awkward was the very ending, it sounds like the track being cut rather than everything going silent. Some kind of very quiet, sustained release (dunno, gong, some big cymbal maybe?) would help to mark the contrast well without any odd feeling.

Other than that, well done.

I love the barely audible piano bass notes!  Those always help to convey a sense of dread to me.  Very nice - I'm curious as to what samples you used to compose this.
