Hi this is my first time posting here. I was just wondering if I could get some feedback on a piece I have completed recently. I was thinking about expanding it to a multi-movement work.

Thank you. I guess to me the percussion added a little bit of drive or momentum. As far as the choice of said percussion, I wanted to work with smaller orchestral instruments. If it is to be made into a movement of a larger work, I wouldn't necessarily want to "tip my hand" and go full snare from the beginning, so I chose the woodblock for a "snare-like" sound without being overpowering.
