On compiling a page of International Film Festivals I've discovered a great one happening in Wales at the end of November -
SOUNDTRACK - The International Film and Music Festival for Wales - ...

There are many events taking place but I think this one is something not to be missed:

Gabriel Yared Master Class

"...Gabriel will host a special master class explaining his personal approach to creating music for film at the Urdd Hall at The Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay on the 27th of November. This is a very special and rare opportunity to learn from one of the great modern composers and gain an insight in to the methods and inspiration for creating internationally celebrated film scores...."
