Composium 2010
Hi fellow composers! We are getting together in London to meet, eat, drink and chat about music. We'd love to see you there!
We're going to have composers of all different levels of experience, both professionals and hobbyists. If you're interested in composing, come along and chat.
The get-together is going to be in London on Saturday 27th February from 5pm onwards.
We plan to meet first at The Central Bar at the Royal Festival Hall on the South Bank. We will be there from 5pm onwards. This is a nice and large open place with plenty of room to meet and chat.
Eventually we will wind our way across the Waterloo Bridge to Trafalgar Square and the Albannach Restaurant for a 3-course meal. The price is £32.50 per head.
People are welcome to come along to the bar, restaurant or both. For the restaurant I will need some definite figures so please confirm ASAP.
Obviously this is going to be a big fun social occasion and we want lots of pictures for Composers' Forum. Please bring your sunglasses for the photographs!

Hi Guys. Great great evening...but....I must apologize for getting involved so late and for being 3 pints ahead when I did finally join the table and for rabbiting on (purely as a result of the alcohol I assure you all ;-)).
Thanks for organising. Was great to meet so many of you talented folk. Looking forward to the next one :-)

For those going to the Composium tonight and needing to use the Tube pls be aware that there are usually planned engineering works at the weekends, but this weekend seems worse than usual as the whole Circle Line is supposed to be suspended.
Best to double check your route before you go by using the official site:

Also, if you have contact details for anyone going that may already be in transit, then let them know.
